Experienced prep cooks only. Need two prep cooks for 2.5 days. You should have great knife skills and prep quickly. Pay is a flat rate of $450 for the 2.5 days (it's about $22.50 per hour) Prep is Oct 15th (full day), 16th (fully day), and 20th (half day from 6am to 11am).
