Someone who wants immediate employment. COMPANY OVERVIEW: Millers Architectural Enhancements, LLC (M.A.E.) opened our doors in 2002. We are a locally owned and operated Commercial and Residential roofing company located in Caldwell. SCOPE OF WORK: • Commercial roofing: TPO, PVC, Metal, torch, etc. • Residential roofing: Shingles, Metal, tile, etc. • Sheet Metal: architectural wall panels, composite panels, profile metals, flashings, coping cap,etc. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: • Wages start at $16/hour for Laborers and depend on your experience from there. • Starting Bonus, 6 Month and 12 Month retention bonus for new employees • Paid Birthday off after 1 year employment • Up to 1 week vacation time off after 1 year of employment • Equipment, all tools except tools listed below, company shirts and safety gear provided.
