She is about 2.5-3 years old. The owner before me had her in a 200 gal tote for 1-1.5 years... so she has taken a long time to begin to warm up. She needs someone who is patient. Reason for rehoming is that I do not have the time to work with taming. If talked to sweetly, she allows head and body pets without any issues. She has not bit, she had not hissed, she has only licked. She only tail whips when scurrying away in her cage, but it is once or twice. Not advised to be with kids. Gloves advised for her precious little nails. She enjoys all food given, she will eat some from your hand and she likes time outside of her enclosure in a secured environment (would not advise to bring her outside, she is quick and not very predictable on if she would flee). I believe she still has a small amount of growing left to do. She can come with or without an enclosure. If you choose not to include the enclosure (which I will describe later in the post), then you will need to show proof of the proper enclosure and lighting that you have set up for her. A required enclosure would be 6x3x3 at minimum. Proper UVB, basking with ability to check temp and a humidifier are required. I have a 6ftx4ftx5ft enclosure available. It has one large window on on side and a repurposed shower door on the other for entry. It has a built in ledge for a food dish and a small ladder that goes to that ledge. Another long ladder that goes horizontally included as well. It is coated with drylock original (white) to protect the enclosure on the inside. Outside is painted yellow. It is a gently used enclosure. Besides the things mentioned, you would need to fill the space with branches and decor to make her feel secure. Proper UVB, basking with ability to check temp and a humidifier are required. Small rehoming fee of $50 applies for the iguana itself. $300 OBO cost for the large enclosure and decor mentioned. You haul, I can help load, but it will take ~ 3 people to move.
