Need a handyman who lives in Fairfield IA or within 15 minutes to perform this list of repairs in a rental house in Fairfield ASAP: put some electrical wire in conduit in south bedroom and laundry room (licensed electrician not needed) all windows need to open, stay up, and locked (three windows, minor) stairs need repair, replace loose steps (very narrow, only 24" wide) install guardrail on stairs (four feet section) siding repairs in few spots-- few pieces on southwest side and southeast side remove steps by outside east door clean gutters; some are down secure basement door clean basement refuse (mostly loose rock) Call Mary at house landline 641-472-1623 or text my cell at 515-423-0081.
