INSTALLWORXS.COM WE ARE LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE HELP TO START MONDAY Location: ADIDAS-CINCINNATI PREM 937 PREMIUM OUTLET DRIVE Monroe OH 45050Date(s): 1 through 10/18 or 10/19 (2-3 days)0/17 What to bring: Basic hand tools, if any of the floor racks that are leaving the store have bolts under them, they will need to be cut. Shrink wrap. Scope: Remove all branding from entire store (electric signage will be handled by others) Cash wraps stay. Any logos around it that say adidas will go o Includes any graphics, signs, vinyl on windows/doors, logos or graphics at the register area, COVID graphics on the floor, etc. • Remove all freestanding fixtures within the store (typically sales area, additionally anything loose in the back) – includes 4-ways, rounders, shelving elements, etc. • Typically, we leave behind any wall mounted fixtures (large shoe racks, wall systems for shelving or hang bars o Think of the store as a shoebox – if you picked it up and turned it upside down anything that falls out will go, anything attached will stay (except branding) • In the BOH (back of store) area we need to take anything that is loose (debris, hangers, boxes with visual props, sale signage items, supplies, loose furniture such as chairs, tables, desks, etc.) o Sometimes there is A LOT of stuff in the BOH (back of store) area that will need to be taken out Merchandise will be handled by store team and will not be on site when we come in for demo/move out Hanging ceiling graphics can be cut down from the wire o Per the Landlord:  We will leave the BOH (back of store) mobile shelving, but it needs to be cleared off  We will leave the shelving on either side of the electrical panels • Any graphics/branding in BOH (back of store) area must be removed • IT, Electrical, HVAC, Alarm System will all be handled by others or remain as is The only exception is that we may need to take the IT cabinet, we will confirm once the survey is completed Light debris removal (delivery team will be handling most of it. Pay: AM rates-$20/hr.; PM rates-$30/hr. 4 techs Plus some travel pay.
