General Horticultural Maintenance of Interior Plantings shall include: • Watering • Grooming and pruning of plants • Cleaning of foliage • Replacement of plants prior to deterioration or becoming unsightly. Replacement costs can be reimbursable with submission of new plant photo and receipt of purchase. Scheduling and Frequency • Plants are serviced on a weekly to bi-weekly basis during normal business hours. Wipe each leaf.  Susceptible to diseases associated with overwatering  Susceptible to cold damage in areas under 50 degrees
