Birchcrest Tree and Landscape, Inc. is looking for a year-round Tree Bucket Operator with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the tree care industry. Duties may include: Duties include trimming and removing trees for our customers. Tree climbing, chipper, log loader operation, and ground cleanup. Requirements include: Prior experience climbing for a tree-care company Must be able to prune and remove trees in a safe manner while utilizing machinery Experience driving a Bucket Truck Self-motivated individual able to work well with a team of co-workers Experience with safe operation of chainsaws and other pruning equipment Excellent work habits and organizational skills Good communication and customer service skills ISA Certified Arborist status, and/or CDL highly desirable but not required Minimum Requirements Must be able to wear necessary PPE Must be able to withstand exposure to all kinds of weather while completing work assignments Must be able to operate and service all required tools and equipment Clean driver's license Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test **Given the dangerous nature of the work required, employees must be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time** Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, move and maneuver heavy weights of 10 pounds frequently, and weights of up to 50 pounds Gripping Climbing Climbing on and off truck Balancing Pulling and pushing Join a team that truly makes a difference!
