Outbound Associate - 1st and 2nd Shift Available!! Temp-Perm 2nd SHIFT (4:00pm-12:30am) Monday through Friday - *Overtime: Extra hour of pay staying until 1:30am & Saturday (4:00pm-12:30am) during busy season* 1st SHIFT (7:00am-3:30pm) Monday through Friday - *Overtime: Extra hour of pay starting at 6:00am & Saturday (6:00am-3:30pm) during busy season SUMMARY: The Outbound Associate is responsible for performing duties on and off the shipping line related to the stocking, picking, packing, confirmation, labeling, and processing of orders. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Learn and perform all duties on the shipping floor as directed, to include wholesale, freight, retail, and company store orders. Pick and confirm orders efficiently and accurately. Pack orders efficiently and correctly to prevent damage. Ticket or label orders as specified. Perform gift wrapping for retail orders as needed. Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout the shift and at the end of the shift. Report any conditions that need attention to the appropriate manager. Follow all company policies and procedures with regards to safety, including food safety, quality, sanitation, personnel, maintenance, and equipment. Assist with inventory spot checks and distribution activities as needed. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strict adherence to quality standards. Computer literate (Microsoft Windows preferred). Strong verbal communication skills. Reliable attendance. Demonstrated attention to detail. Environmental Conditions: The majority of the time would be spent in the facility areas will be moderate temperatures. Physical Capabilities: Frequently required to stand for long periods of time, walk, stretching, twisting, bending, handling equipment and lift items up to 50 pounds. Benefits: Upon Hire Pay: $16.00 – 1st Shift $17.60 – 2nd Shift
