Looking for Experienced Maintenance Crews/ Handymen willing to service Waco TX area and want steady work. If you are a small business owner of a handyman/maintenance company looking for the project to take your business to the next level, this is it.
We do student housing remodeling for off-campus apartments around Baylor University. Very steady work for approximately 60 day project (start date is Oct 17th), great work environment, and we pay weekly based on production (not by the hour). This means the harder and longer you work the more money you make. The system we’ve created on the job site is great for a 2 person crew or for you to split a large team up and conquer more volume each day.
You are required to provide your own tools but all you will need are basic hand tools (wrenches, screw drivers, pliers, caulk gun, cordless drill, etc). Anything more than that is definitely a plus. PLEASE DO NOT REACH OUT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THESE BASIC TOOLS.
Typical Tasks:
Kitchen backsplashes, replacing bathroom and kitchen hardware, replacing light fixtures, replacing smoke detectors, installing new appliances, replacing deadbolts, light electrical and plumbing etc
