Project Superintendent Hey! Looking for a Project Superintendent for our remodeling company. The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion. They should have experience in managing construction labor in the field as well as scheduling subs. Manual labor will be required for our "general labor" portion of the job which usually includes painting, trim, flooring, etc. Everything else will be subbed out for the most part. Attention to detail, good communication and good reviews from clients are the main points to keep bonuses coming in. Success for this position relies on accurately scheduling employees, subs, inspections, etc; so we will highly lean toward someone with a project management background or similar experience. Responsibilities - Oversee daily operation of construction projects - Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed - Communicate project progress with clients and project managers - Manage subcontractors and construction site organization - Complete Jobs on time - Reviews of job performance from clients should be 4-5 stars (they will be surveyed) Qualifications - 3 - 5 years of experience in construction area Strong project management and communications skills - Ability to read construction documents - Familiarity with regulatory construction standards - Able to set schedules and use our BuilderTrend software The job pays $6000 base salary - Job bonus will be calculated at a tiered percentage of contract prices from jobs finished. (Typically an extra $4,000-$6,000 / month)
