Position Overview (Part Time and Full Time Positions Available) The basic function of the Laborer is to do tasks such as digging trenches, unloading materials, and preparing job sites. Using hand tools such as shovels or probes to locate tank lids, D-Boxes and septic lines. Essential Job Functions • Provides excellent customer service • Dig up septic lids, D-Boxes and septic lines • Digging trenches, compacting earth and backfilling holes • Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties Requirements • Valid drivers license • Must be available to week days (Full-time and Part-time positions available) • Strength: The lifting duties involved in the job of a laborer often require lifting and carrying weights in excess of 50 pounds. • Mechanical acuity: Be able to use a shovel, probes using both hands • Hearing: Be able to hear near and far of heavy equipment Physical Requirements • Regularly requires sitting, walking, bending, and lifting for prolonged periods of time • Must be able to lift up to 50 to 75 pounds *Medical/Dental/Vision for full-time positions only *Life Insurance *401K Plan *Holiday Pay *PTO *Bonus
