Brown Contracting is looking for a construction yard lead with at least 2 years of lead/supervisory experience with a background in construction (preferred but not required) with great communication skills. Schedule and Benefits: $19-$22/hr full time Monday – Friday (no weekends!) Hours: 10am - 6:30pm/close w/frequent overtime 100% COMPANY PAID medical, dental, & disability insurance, strong 401k retirement plan, paid time off including holidays, AFTER 90 day waiting period. Requirements: 2 yrs of lead/supervisory experience 1 yr forklift experience Able to operate under pressure, meet deadlines and capacity to multi-task Valid driver's license from any state REQUIRED Reliable transportation to our yard Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently Work outside in all weather conditions Teamwork is essential to achieve maximum organization, cleanliness and efficiency.
