Unless you are driving a car, which then you need to respond to a police officer. unless you have "grass" smoke in the car, you only need to give the office your name, driver license, insurance, registration. If your stupid enough to be smoking grass in the car then the police can search your car.. Don't answer any other questions. don't give permission to search your car ever. if you have no "grass smell" in the car the police have to probable cause to search and your passengers have not need to give any ID or a name... And don't sit there talking shut up.. what you say can be used against you... Don't tell the police where you have been, where you are going... what you are doing. Nothing you say to the police can change anything except cause more trouble for you....
