Seeking Handyman: Must have Mobile home experience

Looking for a handyman or handywoman very experienced with mobile homes. We currently have a mobile home in need of moderate repair (see pictures) and we are looking to expand our list of mobile home handymen and handywomen. We are not looking for one time help. We are looking to develop a win-win relationship for many mobile home rehabs moving forward. Requirements: Must have own tools. Must have transportation. Must have extensive mobile home experience and know your way around mobile home rehabs. Must have a proactive attitude. Repairs needing fixed: You should be familiar with most of these below. • Holes and soft spots in subfloor. • Moderate plumbing repairs under home and in master bathroom and sink and shower. • Minor electrical. • Install carpet and linoleum flooring. • Remove junk. • Paint. • Broken windows. • Repair drywall. • Remove mold where needed. • Building steps or a deck in front of the home.
