PREDNISONE NEEDED

I am an asthmatic and my doctors office is closed on fridays I did not realize. I am traveling out of country Monday morning to Jamaica where I’m told (by their gov website) that medical care is almost non-existent. I am looking for prednisone in any dosage to have only should I encounter an emergency while in Jamaica for one week if my inhaler and nebulizar don’t work in such emergency. If anyone has extra to spare please let me know ! Call or text me asap as I am leaving 6am Monday morning
