145 unit apartment community in Athens, Texas needs a full-time maintenance tech with Plumbing and HVAC experience. Job entails completing work orders daily, make-ready maintenance, plumbing, electrical, appliance installation, carpentry, painting, and working on air conditioning and heating. This job will require that you are able to troubleshoot a multitude of repair issues both inside and outside apartments. Competitive pay to be determined & depends on experience. We are a well maintained, owner operated community. We DO NOT provide an apartment with the job. Job requires you to have transportation and tools. Emergency after hours call is required every other week.
