We are looking for a motivated individual to join our residential property maintenance team. This is a full- time position. Pay rate: $15-$30 hourly based on experience and skills, plus health benefits and PTO. Must live approximately within 5 miles of Media, PA Must have own transportation and basic tools and cell phone. Job Summary: Performs various maintenance duties throughout the properties, works on turnover units, and handles service requests requiring basic labor skills. Participates in the on-call rotation with other maintenance staff.
