Looking to Share Art Gallery Space

I am looking to share high end gallery in high traffic location with 2 to 3 other artists. Each artist needs to have their own POS system to ring up sales. Gallery is freshly painted, has Tech Lighting Vivid art light system, and 24 hour security surveillance system in place. Studio work space may be available but is limited to 1 to 2 artists due to square footage limitations. $500 to $1,000 per month utilities included, and free parking spot in back of gallery. We have First Friday Art Walks as well as a Summer/Fall Farmers Market out front of gallery.
