Looking for two wonderful hard-working persons for custodian work in Palm Springs International Airport. Really basic work! Please email me your resume and experience. You will go through background check with TSA. Clean record it is required Upon applying to this position. Must have a valid ID. Or Work permit. SCOPE OF WORK - DAY PORTER/MATRON. • Empty all wastepaper receptacles and take trash to a designated area in the building for removal [Daily] • Wipe all internal partition glass free of smudges and fingerprints [Daily] • Spot clean walls [Daily] • Clean and dust all horizontal surfaces [Daily] • Clean and sanitize drinking fountains / water coolers [Daily] • Damp wipe with EPA approved disinfectant all open flat surfaces allowing chemical to sit for proper DWELL time for effectiveness [Daily] • Low dust and neatly arrange chairs, magazines, and refresh lounge areas (customer facing and back office) [Daily] • Dusting of windowsill ledges [Daily] • Spot checking interior windows for cleanliness and cleaning as needed using squeegee [Daily] • High Dusting of all HVAC, pendent lightings, picture frames [Monthly] Floor Maintenance • Spot sweep hard floor surfaces [Daily], Vacuum carpeted surfaces [Daily] - All workstation and common areas • Dust mop hard floor surfaces [Daily], Spot Mop [As Needed], Damp Mop [Daily]
