Snow Removal Advice

Hi, I live in a high-rise apartment building with outdoor parking, which is always an issue in the winter time. Sometimes I will spend a couple hours shovelling shoveling myselfyself out when the snow is bad, only to have someone take my space when I leave and when I get back I have to start all over again; finding a place to park; possibly shoveling it out. There are a lot of retirees in my building, myself included. It is so stressful just having to go out to the store or on appointments etc. Not for me but for everyone here. The apartment management is not that good at getting things done when needed. It wouldn't be worth it for me to pay someone to come over here multiple times a day just to do one car at random in different parking spaces. Is there any kind of snow blower that would fit into the trunk of my car that anyone could recommend? I have no storage for anything larger than that. I've seen some online but I don't know if they're any good or not. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you
