Cleaning and Restoration Technician ACE Cleaning and Restoration is family owned and operated business serving Lansing and surrounding communities for 72 years! We specialize in Rug, Carpet and Air Duct cleaning we also focus on Fire/Smoke damage, Water losses, and Mold Restoration. We are looking to add Cleaning and Restoration technicians that are detail oriented with a willingness to learn proper cleaning methods. Essential functions consist of: • Carpet and Upholstery cleaning • Air Duct cleaning · Process and clean rugs • Fire, water, and mold restoration cleaning • Light demolition • Ability to properly charge customers for services and offer additional services Qualifications: Education: High School diploma/GED Experience: Experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate Competencies/Additional Requirements include: • Valid Drivers License • Effective communication skills • Strong work ethic • Willingness to learn • Physical requirements include standing, bending, and lifting up to 75 pounds • Rotating on-call availability to work emergency losses on nights, weekends, and holidays
