rehoming sweet black/whitr cat with small adoption fee

We need to rehome our sweet cat. We found him back in may in a parking lot and he has all of his shots and he is fixed, however he doesn’t get a long with our other cat. Our other cat we’ve had for 10 plus years so she’s older and he’s young and he needs an environment with more stimulation and maybe some younger cats who will actually play with him.
