Republican Sheriff abusing his power to intimidate anyone that questions him... What else is new right... Bosque County Sheriff Trace Hendricks is trying to cover up his not so much incompetence as a Sheriff but more like trying to cover up the fact that he's doing favors for people by giving them jobs that they are not physically or competent to do... As well as harassing individuals in the community also as favors to his friends... Everyone knows that Texas is an AT WILL work state... Well, due to the sheriff doing favors to one of his friends who became a liability to the county due to getting so big he was unable to get out of his car and was a danger to his partner, his friend the sheriff Trace Hendricks as well as another administrator gave him the jail administrative position just to help him get to his retirement... The now Captain is over 400 lbs. and is not physically capable of performing his duties if a jailer would need assistance... There are only 3 male jailers and the rest females... Do you know how dangerous that is?.. It's usually female jailers guarding male inmates... He's rarely ever seen out of his office due to having a hard time getting out of his chair... Besides being physically incapable of doing his job, he's also a proud narcissist who is not shy about letting the female jailers know about it... He takes pride in belittling and humiliating female jailers... The sad part about it is that most of the county is aware of this and that includes elected officials but they believe that the sheriff is untouchable and doesn't answer to anyone... But they forget, that he has to answer to us... Since this has become a Hugh problem, employees' turnover rate is high and at one time or another they have gone to the Sheriff to express their safety concerns but have been ignored... So now since he's unwilling to do the right thing and correct the problem, he is now enforcing a contract so employees will be forced to work under unsafe and hostile conditions... This incompetent Jail administrator has the jailers do his job and I have text messages that prove this... Jailers have to find someone to work for them if they need to call out sick or else, they have to go to work... Yes, he tells them to find someone to work for them if they're going to call out... He also told them that they better answer their phones on their days off because that job is their priority and if he calls, they better answer... I questioned the sheriff about this but since I'm a man he refuses to answer... He took the contract that is given to deputies when they attend the academy and switched words around to state jailer... When I questioned him publicly, as a politician, his response was political and of course all the idiots of the county eat what he feeds them because they are clueless about the corrupt politician, they support... The Sheriff responded to my questioning his doing through his personal Facebook post, stating that it is to save the county money and to recruit people that have never been in the field... He states it's a reimbursement agreement that deputies sign before going to the academy... Yes, that's exactly it... The contract states "Bosque County Sheriff's office Law Enforcement training reimbursement agreement", key words "LAW ENFORCEMENT"... Jailers are not law enforcement... it also states "to become a "SWORN PEACE OFFICER for Bosque County Sheriff's office", once again key words "sworn peace officer", which once again jailers are not... he also states that it's to save the county money because the employees leave once, they've been trained... Once again that's a lie... I have an email where the narcissistic jail administrator states that there is no cost to the county or the employee... Even if they paid for the course online, which majority of people can't seem to pass, it only costs $275... Who in their right state of mind will sign a 4-year contract for a few hours of online training with no bonus or even a pay raise?.. But this is his way of hiding the truth about why they can't retain jailers... One of the best employees they had was given this contract and she was smart enough not to sign because it made absolutely no sense... I have documents, emails and text to back all this up... She asked what was in it for her to sign a 4-year contract?.. The narcissistic captain told her, no signing bonus, no raise just that she continues to work for him... Since she refused to sign, they started retaliating against her by screwing with her schedule... So, I responded again to the sheriff and of course once again since I'm a man he has no courage to answer me, but retaliated towards the employee by placing her on administrative leave... Conveniently they waited till her 5-day weekend to place her on PAID administrative leave... They state for forwarding her emails, which is not against county policy, but state a chapter that deals with social media... They also state that she sent me county documents, which they were aware of and once again it is not against county policy... They state she commented on a post on social media that did not favor the county... We read the comments to the county judge and she said that could have meant any county... So, since she did not respond to the complaint and since they literally had no real reason to fire her, they fired her for not responding once again under bogus reasons... One of the reasons was a chapter that does not exist in the employee handbook, another chapter quoted was for County Vehicle usage... This was the sheriff's way of intimidating the other employees of the consequences of questioning or complaining about their employment... He also told everyone the same day she was placed on leave that no one is allowed to forward themselves emails even though it's not against county policy but that he will make his own... The county judge saw all this paperwork and was blown away and left speechless as she was also trying to find these violations in the employee handbook... The post that the former employee commented on was that of a known criminal in the community that was showing his support for the sheriff... Well, what do you know... This individual had a warrant for assaulting his wife but was not being picked up because he's friends with the sheriff as well as related to the county commissioner(according to other county residents)... He's literally staying in a drug house but those are his supporters and voters so he will not arrest them even though they have active warrants and is friends with most deputies... But yet the sheriff will go harass another resident who is down on his luck and staying on a lot that was vacant for a long time but now since his friend bought it, he's telling this individual that they don't need paperwork to evict them, which is false, but he's trying to use his authority to once again do favors for others.... If he's doing this in plain sight, what else is he hiding... Elected officials work for us, but he works for those that fund his campaign and I know his puppeteer... no other politician will listen or even bother looking into this because they're all friends... I will be doing a YouTube video soon showing all the paperwork including the bogus contract Trace Hendricks is trying to use to cover up the favors he's doing for his friends, including places someone physically incapable of doing his job just so he can retire and continue collecting tax payers' money for the rest of his life, and those that fund his campaign as well as keeping criminals that vote for him safe from consequences... He also continues to intimidate the employees at the jail... Like I stated, I have emails, text messages that contradict the lie about the contract... We also found out today that he had a meeting with everyone telling them about every code of conduct that this individual broke, but did not show anyone where those codes of conduct came from... He printed our papers and highlighted sections on them, but when he was asked, an employee state that he told them that the book is there, but no one knows where... He's now trying to cover up his wrong doing and wrongful termination of an employee because I made public the real reason why he was trying to enforce a contract that was not legal to begin with... They altered a contract for deputies and changed words to say jailer... I have that as well that it was sent on Microsoft Word instead or PDF... I have emails, his response where he lies and the email that proves it... As well as text message where he states he wants employees to do his job... We need to stop all this corruption... Republicans love to hunt down democrats and put them on blast but hide the truth when other Republicans are doing the same or worst... No reason why our tax dollars should continue to pay for his favors...
