Door and Window manufacturer located in Santa Paula is seeking a full-time Shop Manager. Ideally seeking someone local to the area. The Shop Manager is responsible for supervising shop staff and assisting daily operations producing doors and windows. Must have experience with shop drawing sets, checking for accuracy, and reviewing against production schedule, monitoring production and assigning resources to maintain project schedule, ensuring all materials are ordered/available to maintain continuous production. Requirements: Previous experience as a supervisor/manager Superb safety record Excellent organization skills and ability to track multiple products at a time Ability to schedule and coordinate several tasks, priorities and projects Excellent communication and ability to work well within a team Position requires standing at least 90% of the time Bending, carrying, climbing, driving, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, sitting, standing, walking all required Must be able to lift 50 lbs. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 6am to 2:30pm. We offer competitive pay rates and both sick and vacation paid time off.
