Description
EBP Properties LLC is looking for an entry-level recent HS or College Grad to train and learn Real Estate and Property Management/Maintenance.
After training, you will be promoted to the Property Management role and responsible for Management and Maintenance of 40 Single Family Homes.
Requirements:
1. Property Management software
2. Mr. Fix-it type personality
3. Handy with manual and power tools
4. Understand basic electrical, plumbing and construction principles
5. Understand basic measurement techniques and use of tape measure, laser levels, etc.
Salary and Benefits:
1. Starting pay is $15 to $20/hr.
