JOB DESCRIPTION: As a production superintendent, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily activities of multiple production crews, which include designating material staging areas, overseeing/training individuals in roofing system installations, and crew personnel management & scheduling. WHAT WE OFFER -Bonus Pay -Health Insurance -Life Insurance -Dental Insurance -Vision Insurance -401(k) and 401(k) Matching -Referral Program -Paid Time Off A GLIMPSE AT WHAT YOU WILL DO -Provide leadership and direction to all projects. -Effectively manage and schedule lead crews at multiple sites to complete all projects on time and within budget. -Train crew members on the proper application of roof systems. -Ensure that all projects meet the high-quality standards required by our company. -Understanding and managing scheduling, and record keeping and can deal effectively with people. -Verifiable ability to write reports, and can read plans. -Ability to solve practical problems about projects. -Professional aptitude to attend job site meetings and interact with builders and customers. -Ensure that strict safety standards are followed always. JOB REQUIREMENTS -Minimum two (5) years of supervisory experience in the roofing industry. -Experience in all different types of roof systems. -Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and at or below budget. -MS Office Suite proficiency required. -A Valid Driver's License -Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. -OSHA certifications are a plus.
