We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager for an immaculate 25,000 sq ft Art Deco estate. This magnificent home needs a FULL TIME maintenance professional who is knowledgeable in every area of home maintenance from electrical and AC repairs to power washing stone and light plumbing. MUST have experience working in a high end PRIVATE HOME. Construction experience is a huge PLUS. This is a very demanding house where everyone puts in 110%. You will be reporting to the estate manager and the principals themselves. They expect you to exceed expectations, not just meet them. You must have experience with: Light electrical H-VAC AC units Power washing stone Polishing marble Savant Home System Lutron Lighting System Garage door openers automatic gates trouble shooting light switches trouble shooting tankless water heater problems resetting thermostats Checking the server for Direct TV or the like. Ensuring all the light sconces are working properly Fixing dings by the tennis courts Light interior and exterior painting Figuring out how to fix a malfunctioning window Adjusting a leaky faucet Affixing a new toilet seat Taking inventory of light bulbs and make sure all are working properly. And so much more. Strong construction experience is helpful in this role as is having your own truck and black book of vendors and sub contractors to use. This home is maintained like a museum. We are searching for someone with a can-do-everything attitude and who can get things fixed right away. In other words, someone REALLY hands on who will actually EXECUTE on the tasks.
