Hello there, I'm in Shoreline skilled nursing facility, and my roommates clothes were taken all she has are 90% jackets and button-up sweaters. She's a (size medium ). The CNAS Dress her night and day. Her NAME IS ( TERRY BRITT ), so when you bring clothes by make sure there in a box, Make Sure you Write In Big Blood Letters Her NAME. If things are put into a bag people here will pick through them. PLEASE TAPE THE TOP OF THE BOX. COME TO THE DOOR 5225 S. J Street LEAN IN IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE TESTED! TO COME IN YOU MUST TEST OUTSIDE THEN WHEN THE SWAB TESTS NEGATIVE, NEED TO SHOW TO THE RESERVATIONIST YOUR NEGATIVE SO YOU CAN ENTER. PLEASE WEAR A MASK THE WHOLE TIME. THE RESIDENTS NEED TO STAY SAFE PLEASE. OR YOU CAN POP YOUR HEAD IN THE DOOR AND TELL THE RESERVATIONIST YOUR DELIVERING CLOTHES FOR ( TERRY BRITT ) She needs clothing that is not dirty or has any stains PLEASE NO STAINED CLOTHES... SHE NEEDS : 1. Pull over sweaters, and sweatshirts 2. Long pants casual, sweatpants 3. Long sleeve tops no button-ups please. Just pull over the head 4. Pajamas long sleeve with pj bottom pants that are petite to average. I can hem them if there to long. 5. Short sleeve tops 6. Slippers size 8 that would need to be non slip bottom slippers that can be washed, even non-slip long socks she could use. Thank You so very much.
