Julien will talk about his approach to tasting coffee, how they prepared to compete at the world level, and their approach to palate development. Following the talk, we will cup a microlot table, as well as a defect table. Post-cupping discussion will be lead by Julien and La Minita!
This is open to both enthusiasts and professionals and is offered with sliding scale pricing. Proof of vaccination is required to participate/attend. Doors @ 4pm and talk starts at ~4:30.
