All over the world, eggs are worked with as a divination and cleansing tool to help remove sickness from within the body. 🥚✨ With its origins dating back to Ancient Greece and Rome, egg cleansing and divination, also known as oomancy is performed by many cultures including the Native Americans, Eastern Indians, African-Americans, Eastern Asians, Hispanics, Pacific Islanders and even the ancient Druids. This class focuses on how to preform egg cleansing and divination on yourself as well as others. We will also have a brief discussion on the history and origins of it's use within different traditions. This is a Hands-On experience. Individuals attending will be given the opportunity to conduct these cleansings on themselves while in class. Time will also be allotted for questions and answers. This class will be conducted by Epona North, a student of a Espiritismo and Peruvian folk magic for the past 15 years. This class will be taught from the perspective of her elders within that tradition.✨ Space is limited for this event.
