Maintenance Tech / Handy Man FULL TIME Position SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Must be flexible to stay late and occasionally work different days if needed. (Respond to emergency calls if needed) Must have Reliable transportation (Mileage will be reimbursed) Pay: To be determined Bilingual is a plus but Not Necessary The focus of the position will be to conduct the day to day Commercial Building Maintenance Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Basic HVAC Knowledge Sheet rock repair & painting All general and preventive maintenance Other duties as assigned to assist the team The ideal candidate will have 2+ years prior experience as a Maintenance Technician with some exposure to Commercial and Condos properties or similar environment that requires good customer service skills. Certifications/Licenses are not necessary but are a plus. Preventative Maintenance Tasks including accurate tracking and paperwork Knowledge of Domestic Pumps, all Mechanical and Life Safety Equipment a strong plus SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS / PHYSICAL JOB DEMANDS; Ability to lift up to 40 lbs following appropriate safety procedures. Work in an upright standing position for extended periods of time with ability to crouch and reach while painting, climb ladders and work at heights above ground level using appropriate safety equipment. Must be flexible with work hours and be able to work weekends if necessary and respond to emergencies.
