Pretty Girlz is a women’s only event that started to give women a safe space to feel free to be themselves while being active. Coach Harmzz’s passion for fun and fitness came together with Co-host Brittany to bring together women together on a Friday night to dance and uplift each other. Not only are we dancing but we also have our sisterhood circle that opens the floor for women to open up about struggles and wins during their fitness journeys and it’s not just limited to fitness.
