The Black Horse Pike Regional School District is proud to host its fall literacy event at Highland High School. Children of all ages can visit our literacy focused stations, create crafts all while falling under the spell of reading. **Please bring in gently used books to donate to our Old Book Graveyard. Children can breathe new life into an old book. All books left at the end of the event will be donated to Book Smiles. In addition, all children can choose a new book from our Barnes & Noble Pumpkin Patch featuring over 50 titles. **The Spellbinding Story Corner will feature Author Jason James and his book Kira and the Rainbow Princess. After his reading, he will be available to talk with children and offer book signing for the first 50 children. In additon, Coach Hines from Just a Kid From Sicklerville, and Highland's star athletes will read Halloween stories to the children. **Magical Make and Take Stations featuring "POE-try", bookmarks, drama masks, hands-on literacy activities in the parent resources, plus more. **Gather resources and ideas for parents to encourage literacy at home at the Parent's Resource Center **Student volunteers will help attendees obtain a new Camden County Library card **A full dinner will be served for guests to enjoy.
