Come and experience a Sound Bath with a set of 7 crystal singing bowls and a 32’ gong by a Sound Healing Facilitator as we learn more about this art form! This will be a Free event and Free opportunity to see what all the fuss is about when it comes to sound healing and what it can really do for the mind, body & spirit. I will go into great detail on what it is I do with these instruments and how this is helping everyday people find some time for themselves to create space for self care. Many people see this as a new trend, but really this is an ancient way of healing. Ancient knowledge that we are rediscovering. I hope to see you there and share with you my life’s work.
