In time for Halloween, we have a very special CIDER dinner that features Blake's Hard Ciders from Armada, MI!
Just like our beer dinners, we have a crafted 5 course meal to pair with 5 ciders all here at Stables Steakhouse.
Tickets are required and will act as your RVSP. Dinner starts at 6:30pm.

First Course: Sticky pork belly with Asian coleslaw
Pairing: Amshire Dry Cider, Iced Cider, 12.5% ABV
Second Course: Butternut squash bisque with apple grilled cheese finger sandwich
Pairing: American Apple, Imperial Apple, 8% ABV
Third Course: Peach and goat cheese caprese with balsamic basil-lime glaze
Pairing: Mule du Pomme, Pomegranate, Ginger & Lime, 6.5% ABV
Fourth Course: Cider-braised chicken with mushrooms and wild rice
Pairing: Toasted Lantern Cocktail, w/Apple Lantern, Roasted Pumpkin, 6.5% ABV
Fifth Course: Pecan pie cheesecake eggrolls with praline sauce and candied pecan crumbles
Pairing: Caramel Apple, Caramel, 5.5% ABV
