Join Unita Yoga for a one-hour vinyasa flow at Altered State Brewing Company! The doors will open at 9:45 and our one-hour vinyasa flow will begin at 10:00. No problem if you've got to run after class OR you can stay, hang out, and have a beer. Feel free to bring your own food and/or order from Cafe Capistrano next door! Mats and blocks available.
