It’s a great and fun event to network with fellow wedding vendors and of course to enjoy some delicious food from Granada Hotel & Bistro! Tickets are $25 and include your choice of: -- THE CUBANO braised pork shoulder, pickled red onion, jalapeño, mustard aioli, gruyere cheese, house pickles, cilantro, fried plantains SLOCAL CHICKEN SANDO grilled organic chicken breast, aged white cheddar, heirloom tomato, avocado, shaved red onion, baby gem, basil aioli SPINACH 7 minute egg, gorgonzola, heirloom grape tomato, babe farms radish, crispy fried shallots, warm bacon fat vinaigrette TOMATO & CORNBREAD PANZANELLA arugula, grilled corn, burrata, cornbread, heirloom tomatoes, basil, champagne vinaigrette MARINATED KALE shredded tuscan kale, heirloom carrot, feta cheese, toasted almonds, honey dijon vinaigrette -- *Beers/Wine/Seltzers must be purchased separately on your own tab.
