Chefs Thomas Mulligan and Francisco Alveraz worked closely with Preston’s winemaker and farmer to develop a menu that captures the spirit of the season and the flavors of this special land.
Think Salt-Roasted Beets with a Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette, paired with the aromatic Rhone blend Madam Preston. And a playful main featuring Preston Lamb with a Polenta Cake and Tapenade made from the farm's corn and olive crops.
Each course is perfectly paired with a Preston wine.
