Peter Schmidt Construction is looking to hire FULL-TIME skilled carpenters, and crew members with custom residential and commercial construction experience. Necessary Experience and Skill Expectations: • Must treat clients, coworkers, and subcontractors professionally and respectfully • Take clear direction from job site foreman and architectural designers • Have a valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle • Must be willing to follow job site safety protocols • Own the necessary tools to perform typical framing and finish carpentry tasks • One+ years of construction experience (please note that we are willing to provide training to otherwise qualified individuals) • Must be responsible and reliable • Women and minorities are encouraged to apply Wages and Benefits: • We offer competitive wages starting at $30-55/hour depending on experience. • Full time employees are eligible for healthcare benefits, and life insurance and are currently preparing to launch a 401k benefit option for our employees. • Employee housing is available if needed. • We also cultivate an enjoyable work experience through company events and other opportunities.
