This event is free to the public and will be sposored by MUSC Health and University Medical Center .We will be holding a brief 30 minute workshop to give insight on the purposes of early detection and life insurance options that are affordable for families who may have these types of cancers. The mobile health unit provides mammograms, and cervical screenings (pap smear) to women who are uninsured or underinsured in the Low Country and Pee Dee regions. MUSC Health and University Medical Center also provide mammograms to women who have insurance and can also provide funding for women who qualify for the Best Chance Network.
