————WE START ON TIME———— Certified practitioners will leaded us in different practices : grounding/yoga flow/breathe work/ /meditation/sound bowl cleanse A Thai yoga instructor will be available to assist participants with yoga flow. A medicine lady will be available with various plant medicine offerings. There will also be other holistic vendors with various offerings. Child supervision will be available. Bring lunch/snacks/water. We will have a picnic afterwards.
