Help wanted for trash removal & moving! ASAP

I'm looking to hire a couple people to help with carrying out trash and loading up a U-Haul truck I have already rented. Just need help lifting a few heavy things and box's. It would be two bedrooms on the second floor and a lot of trash/junk as well I'm looking for help with getting it all moved out. We would be taking all the stuff that isn't getting thrown away to a storage unit I have and I would need help unloading the U-Haul truck as well. I need 2 people for about 3 hours of work. Please only reach out if you're in a good condition to be able to do heavy lifting for a couple hours and are looking for a one time job that would be needing to be done tomorrow morning (the morning of Friday October 13th).
