Our team at Point Real Estate Management is looking to add a skilled Maintenance Technician to our group! This exciting opportunity would be based at our large multifamily property in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in apartment maintenance or a trade that requires basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and drywall repair. Experience with HVAC is a plus, but not a requirement. This position will be responsible for unit turns, work order completion, and must be available to work a rotating on-call schedule.
Employees are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance within 30 days of hire date and 401(k) with match after 60 days!
