Shakoor Arline Family Enterprise (SAFE) Foundation will be hosting the event in conjunction with Caring People Alliance on Saturday October 15, 2022 from 10am-4pm we'll be having our "Community Health and Healing Day" at RW Brown Community Center During this event we will have workshops and panel discussions on topics such as mental health and wellness, physical fitness, financial literacy and academic tutoring support. We will also have several employers offering job opportunities along with support from the Philadelphia Police Department to talk about community safety. And of course music, food and family fun. The SAFE Foundation, established in 2015, is a 501c3 violence prevention community outreach organization that helps to provide mentorship, entrepreneurial training, academic support, mental health awareness, trauma informed care and career support opportunities for youth and young adults in the city of Philadelphia so that they will have all the resources and services to be able to pursue all their goals and dreams. Our motto is “Together we can keep our communities SAFE" We truly hope that you'll be able to join us at our event to support us as we bring hope and healing to our community.
