FIRST COURSE
Pear Bear -American wild ale brewed with pears, aged for 11 months in wine and bourbon barrels. It is both elegant and ambitious, featuring notes of pear, bubblegum, and oak with lots of funk from the use of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus yeast. 8% ABV
Pork Belly Enchiladas - Smoked pork belly and chimichurri rolled in corn tortillas. Baked with our three-cheese blend and more chimichurri. Topped with a poached egg and cilantro lime crema
SECOND COURSE
Pillar Of Beasts – Barley wine ale brewed with salted caramel, vanilla beans and cocoa nibs then aged for 12 months in bourbon barrels. 13.7% ABV
Cinnamon Crunch French Toast - Stuffed with cinnamon cream cheese, crusted with graham cracker, and covered in a crème anglaise.
THIRD COURSE
Coconut Pillar Of Beasts – Barley wine ale brewed with salted caramel, vanilla beans, and coconut then aged for 12months. 14.6%ABV
Macarons - Two scratch-made macarons, one salted caramel and one pecan pie
