I need some work done asap. I just took down a chimney so now the wood and part of the roof is exposed. That needs to be covered with siding. And the roof to be properly patched. I have some metal posts under the patio that needs to be swapped to 4x4" wooden posts to be secured in the ground. In the back I need to put some kind of fencing over the wall so no one can just walk across and fall down. I also need another piece of siding on the back side. You must know what you are doing please. I use Venmo. I have attached a few pictures to give you a better Idea of the work needed.
