Job Requirements: • Basic ag and turf parts knowledge as well as solid computer skills. • Superior customer service skills and an understanding of general mechanical/technical terms. Job Responsibilities: Primary focus is serving as the parts resource and liaison for Service Department • Receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories. • Performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties. • Provide superior customer service offering smart, efficient solutions that result in 100% customer satisfaction.
