stolen/lost wallet docs car break in

Around 11:50-12:10pm someone broke into my partners car and stole her wallet she mistakenly left inside the car and some documents that may have included her social security and birth certificate since she had just recently gotten a job here and forgot to get them down. Her name is Alicia C they also sadly took her grandpas ID who just past away. If you have a ring/cameras and live near Tulare/Divisadero or Walnut/central please check your rings/cameras for any suspicious activity or someone carrying a yellow folder or paperwork. If you do please contact me so we can add it to our police report. Sadly our camera only caught the audio because it was too dark and behind another car. We could hear shuffling and doors opening and people talking. Thanks in advance, even if we can just get her Grandpas ID back it would mean the world. His name is Richard C. Email me
