reggae pop bandmates needed

I'm a lone singer/songwriter/amateur producer looking to expand my project into a full collaborative band for writing-recording and playing live shows. my style is electro-retro-reggae-pop. think 80s UB40 and Gregory Isaacs meets Fat Freddy's drop meets Peter Gabriel. hard to describe really, but check out my link up top. I've got 10 other tracks in various states of completion three of which I should be adding soon (being mixed). I'll need: keys, guitar, drums (kinda need an electric kit for this project and playing to click an absolute must.), backing vocalists, bass, horns. BUT whatever I cannot find, we've got backing tracks, so no problem to start small and build up a group. I do have a day job, but I take this music thing deadly serious and think with the right dedication and hard work (and marketing/branding) I'd like to think we can shoulder along out there with the big boys. so please, if interested, tell me a bit about yourself, and include any links to previous projects if ya got em. thanks! -Ian
