Description
We are looking for a dedicated team member proficient with skills in the following trades: general Maintenance, light carpentry/construction, plumbing, and painting for a beautiful residential MH community in Oceanside.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
· Perform general maintenance and cleaning of common area, maintenance shop, trash removal.
· Demonstrates the appropriate and safe use of standard hand and power tools, equipment and machinery.
· Ability to take direction from On-site Management.
· Work closely with management to maintain a clean, safe, and appealing property.
· Day to day responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of the Manager.
· Reports and maintenance concerns for repairs in the community and/or common areas to Manager and perform repairs.
· Cement repairs and adherence to preventative schedule identifying and repairing trip hazards.
· Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
· Problem solving skills.
Qualifications;
· Effective communication and interact with residents, co-workers, managers, and vendors.
· Ability to operate a motor vehicle (Valid DL)
· Ability to work independently lift/carry supplies or equipment 50+ lbs.
· Experience and skills in irrigation, painting, electrical, plumbing is desired. Any aptitude in these fields beneficial.
